As proud sponsors of Jersey Bulls, Mercury was delighted to support the development of the club's new hospitality suite at Springfield Stadium, helping create a modern space for supporters and guests to enjoy on matchdays.

Working in conjunction with Randalls, Mercury designed, supplied and installed the commercial kitchen, featuring a Retigo combi oven, Maidaid dishwashing equipment and bespoke CED stainless steel fabrication. We also delivered the new bar installation with a Servaclean bar, Tefcold refrigeration and a Maidaid glasswasher. Beyond the fit-out, we continue to supply the kitchen and bar with the matchday essentials.

Perched above St Aubin’s Bay, Hotel Cristina is renowned for its stunning sea views, relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality, offering guests the perfect base to experience Jersey.

Mercury was proud to support the hotel's latest refurbishment project, designing, supplying and installing a brand new commercial kitchen featuring industry-leading equipment from brands including Rational, Electrolux, Foster, Falcon and Maidaid. We also upgraded the hotel's laundry facilities with new Electrolux dryers and supplied elegant Churchill crockery for the newly refurbished Azure restaurant, helping create a stylish and memorable dining experience for guests.

Located in the heart of Gorey Village, Old Bank House has been transformed into a welcoming destination for dining, drinks and overnight stays, combining beautifully designed interiors with warm Jersey hospitality.

Mercury was proud to play a key role in the extensive refurbishment, supporting the fit-out of the new kitchen, bar, restaurant and guest rooms. From professional kitchen equipment and stylish tabletop essentials to the everyday products that keep the venue running smoothly, we supplied a complete hospitality solution. We also provided everything coffee, tea and water related, including the latest Carimali coffee machines, helping Old Bank House deliver an exceptional guest experience from morning to night.

Located in the heart of St Brelade’s Bay, Salt brings together refined dining, relaxed coastal atmosphere, and a strong connection to its surroundings, creating a fresh new addition to Jersey’s restaurant scene.
Mercury worked closely with the Salt team to support the full setup of the restaurant, supplying everything from the kitchen equipment through to the finishing touches front of house, including crockery, cutlery, glassware, and tabletop essentials. Our support also extended behind the scenes with the supply of everyday cleaning and hygiene products, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Born from the much-loved Colmar, Sage represents the next chapter for one of St. Helier’s most trusted restaurant teams. The reimagined space combines a fresh, modern aesthetic with a menu built around quality, locally inspired dishes and relaxed sophistication.
Mercury worked closely with the Sage team to support this exciting transformation, supplying a new collection of tabletop essentials, along with stylish new table lamps that enhance the restaurant’s inviting evening atmosphere. Behind the scenes, we also provided a specialist smoker machine to support Sage’s distinctive menu, and all day-to-day janitorial requirements to keep operations running smoothly.

Blake’s brings contemporary dining and a relaxed, modern atmosphere to the heart of St. Helier. Mercury worked closely with the Blake’s team to support their opening, supplying all tabletop essentials, from crockery and glassware to cutlery, along with day-to-day janitorial requirements to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. With its refined menu and inviting interiors, Blake’s is set to become a new favourite for casual lunches, evening dining, and weekend get-togethers.

The Bear has been thoughtfully revitalised to bring a fresh yet familiar charm to the heart of the St. Helier. Mercury worked closely with The Bear team to support their full reopening, supplying a complete kitchen equipment package alongside tabletop essentials. Our support also extended to a full range of cleaning and hygiene products, ensuring a spotless, professional environment throughout. With its warm interiors, welcoming atmosphere, and a menu of elevated pub favourites, The Bear is once again a go-to spot for relaxed pints, hearty meals, and memorable get-togethers.

The vibrant new Spanish restaurant, Arroz, is the latest addition to Jersey’s dining scene, bringing a fresh Mediterranean energy to the island. We worked closely with the Arroz team on the supply of their kitchen setup from essential cookware and utensils to the finishing touches like beautiful glassware, crockery, and cutlery. Our support covered everything from behind-the-scenes functionality to front-of-house presentation, helping bring their vision to life. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a menu full of bold Spanish flavours, Arroz is the perfect spot for long lunches, relaxed dinners, or a quick bite with friends.

The Asian fusion bar and kitchen, Nomu is the latest outlet from Randalls anchoring the retail space and contributing to the sense of a thriving community. We worked closely with the Randalls team on the design, supply and installation of the kitchens and bars as well as supplying the fantastic crockery and glassware and right through to the everyday cleaning and hygiene essentials. Nomu offers a laid-back atmosphere perfect for families and those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle. Whether you’re craving lunch or dinner, Nomu has you covered seven days a week.

Nestled in the heart of the Weighbridge and on the corner of Mulcaster Street sits the latest opening by Randalls. Downstairs, The Mulcaster brings the traditional city pub into the 21st Century, where modern flair meets timeless tradition. and upstairs a new touch of luxury, The 1823 Grill offers a premium gastronomic experience like no other. Mercury working closely with the project team, designed the kitchens, the bar and supplied the crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as all the day to day janitorial products required.

Set in beautiful St Brelade's Bay, sits the latest opening by Randalls. The Beach Club has been carefully designed to offer relaxed beach vibes all day long, from breakfast and brunch through to sunset drinks and dinner. Mercury designed and installed the state of the art kitchen as well as supplied all the crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as all the day to day janitorial products required.

Brasserie Colmar is now open on King Street, St Helier. Inspired by the grand brasseries and great boulevard cafés of Paris. Serving the best local ingredients combined with classic French cuisine, Colmar is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner six days a week. Mercury have been proud to work with David Voisin and David Parish on the supply, design and installation of the kitchen, cold rooms and bar as well as much of the furniture, crockery and cutlery. All the cleaning and hygiene requirements have also been supplied.

We are delighted to see @theboundaryjsy open for business at Grainville playing fields. Mercury has worked closely with Phil & the team at @jerseycricket and also James from The Boundary in the design, installation and supply of the bar, the kitchen, all the tableware as well as the fantastic Carimali Kicco coffee machine that James will be using to serve our excellent Tchibo coffee.

For breakfast, lunch, sharing plates with friends or coffee and cake, Good Rebel is a fantastic addition to Guernsey. Mercury were pleased to work on the design and installation of the kitchen as well as supplying all the tableware and janitorial
needs.

What a project to be involved in! This new state of the art, world-class facility opened in May and we were thrilled to be asked to design and install the kitchen facilities. As well as helping islanders reach their fitness and wellness goals, Strive has already been used by world-class athletes. The British and Irish Lions utilised the facilities in the summer and the England Rugby Union team visited in October. A fantastic example of what the island can do and a project that we were privileged to support.

As part of a significant investment in the catering and laundry facilities at the iconic Longueville Manor, Mercury worked closely on each area of the project over a two-year period. With space, ventilation and state of the art equipment being used, the hotel’s Laundry Room is now the envy of Jersey.

A complicated project in one of the busiest hospitality venues in Jersey. On the beautiful St Ouens Bay, the El Tico team wanted to combine a cleaner, quieter and greener working environment and yet still maintain the high quality of diverse food that is served every day of the week. The end result was a move away from gas to induction with a bespoke suite being manufactured in the UK and installed over two days in 2018.

The latest edition to the Christies Group offers a new concept for the Channel Islands. The Chop House in St Peter Port opened in December 2020 with amazing décor and an exciting menu. Mercury is proud to have worked on the new kitchen equipment and tabletops as well as supplying all the janitorial needs.

With the need to ensure that we clean our hands regularly, Mercury worked with a local metal fabricator to design and produce stands that would accommodate sanitiser dispensers. The high-quality stainless steel stands combine practicality with being visually attractive and are currently present at over 300 locations in Jersey, including the Airport and Harbour facilities as well as being present at the entrances of many retail outlets and offices.
